1. Kadiri – The Abode of Khadri Narasimha Swamy
Kadiri is one of the famous South Indian Temples of Lord Narasimha. Kadiri was known as Khadri at its earlier. Brahmotsavam or Chariot Festival of Lord Narasimha will be held every year and everyone irrespective of religion will take part in daily processions which go for more than two weeks. This holy abode of his excellency Lord Narasimha is situated in the beautiful town of Kadiri in Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh state. Kadiri is well connected by roadways and railways. Nearest airport is Puttaparti which is also a pilgrim centre near by.
