Is yoga all about poses?
Yoga has many postures or poses or aasanas which means positioning body parts in such a way that they repair and heal themselves.
Practicing yogasanas keeps body fit and every system of the body will be in harmony. There are different poses following many animals, reptiles and insects. These poses were formulated from deep observations of Yogi Pathanjali from nature. And Lord Shiva is known as aadi yogi.
